Service Description

Pinnacle Mediation offers each approved party the chance to virtually meet with Sherri Koven, a Qualified Mediator, who serves as a neutral third party working to help you arrive at a mutually-satisfactory agreement. A typical mediation ranges from 8-16 hours. Upon completing the screening form and requesting to book this service, your screening forms will be reviewed in order to assess whether you are a suitable candidate for our services. Both Parties must submit screening forms to be considered for our Services. If you are approved to mediate with us, you and the other party will receive the following prior to your Mediation date free of charge: - One virtual 30-minute pre-mediation call with each party individually - Review of any summaries of the case and/or mediation briefs - Legal review and strategic analysis by student associate - Financial review of documents by CPA and CA - Assessment of case and recommended duration for mediation (subject to terms of agreement) The Full-Day Session is a 6-hour block of time scheduled for one day only, with additional sessions not included. Hours are not transferable. Parties are to pay for their sessions four (4) days prior. Payment for one 6 hour session is $1,500 (divided equally between parties). Additional hours can be purchased at an hourly rate of $300. A Memorandum of Understanding can be drafted upon request and billed at the hourly rate. *each client is billed separately, with the price divided equally.
